I run a T4 60-1 with a .58 exhaust housing & I'm hitting 18lbs @ 3800 rpm. I'm also running -3.0 degrees on the exhaust cam though, so you have to factor that in as well....

your reading comprehension is lacking. The car had already made 426 @ 20psi with next to no tuning using EMB, stock cams & cam gears running 11.2 AFR. This can be verified by watching this video. I didn't say that the tuner expects to make 480 @ 13psi, but at 20psi. He had made 440 @ 13psi...
