a vehical usually has make and model on the back of a car. i may be wrong though, there may be cars w/o. unless he debadged the car, it should say subaru wrx sti on the back, and if thats the case, its negligent(sp?) on the cop... but i wouldnt put it pass them. id atleast try to get out of it...
