Can I really check my timimg with a Aftermarket crank pulley? I have seen the degree markings down there, but no notch on the pulley itself. My Supra holds boost well, so I would lean more towards the AFM. If I change it though, I would rather go ahead and get the Lex AFM. At the moment I dont...
Ok so I checked the ISC piping..pulled the vaccum lines off and did'nt see any dirt or anything, so I put it back on and reconnected everything. Started the car up and it fired immediately with idle right at 1k ????..LOL I dont get it. What the hell is this intermediate shit ? I gotta buddy's...
thanks Failure14. I just pulled the AFM electronics box off..had a bit of dirt/gunk on the little element that sticks into the AFM housing. Put it back on and I still have a crazy idle and trying to stall. I'm headed to the ISC area....
Dammit !! Just went to go run a quick errend, and now I got a dam code 31. Idle is bouncing around and stalling...Took a quick vid:
My Supra running like crap
Sorry took so long to reply. Yea got the plugs and wires in, and wow she runs so much better...but...I'm having other issues with fuel delivery. So I wont do a vid just yet.
I'm rechecking codes this morning...
Thanks for posting up guys. Is the 12v relay mod really necessary ? I also am wondering if the Walbro will push too much fuel, because I still have stock injectors, and I am wondering if the oem regulator can handle the fuel pressure. I would just get a OEM fuel pump, but they cost more lol, and...
Welcome ! 350 hp is easily attainable with a MKIII. Most folks go exhaust, intake, Lex AFM, 550 inj, AFPR, FMIC upgrade w/ IC piping, and a walbro 255. Get all that on and go to the dyno, you might be surprised. Can't wait for the pics.
Nice little story about the demo run.:icon_bigg. I know every time my wife is riding with me she grabs the o-shit handle on the A-pillar as soon as she hears the DDP dump...LOL :biglaugh:
