I remember that thread, I think Rob from Modular turbo said that the T61 is a Chinese copy of the MasterPower T70..... But get bigger injectors & crank the boost man!!! :naughty:

Yes the stock HG is great With ARPs... A lot of High Horsepower guys have use the stock HG with great success...

Jesus Christ!!! That's a lil bit laggy, My MasterPower hits full boost around 4200RPMs & You sure about the T61 being a 70mm turbo??? My friend had that turbo on his MKIV & my MasterPower was a lil bit bigger...

NOt worth doing it my friend, Save for a small single & you good.. It requires fabrication... & it's a pita to be removing twins.....

On the first link it shows i can get a MP T76 with a 0.81 A/R exhast housing!!! Pm me what's the price on that puppy!! & a 0.81 A/R exhaust for my MP T70 both T4.......

So a Regular GT4202 would be better cause i seen a few 2jz here in chicago spoolig those turbos without spray...

Hey Rob, Post pics of the MP GT42 & MP GT45, The pics on your site kinda sux... I want see the difference between the T70 & T76, GT42 & GT45... I am interested in one of the GT ones..

I doubt the .68ar is restrictive, My close friend made 702hp at the wheels on his evoII.... Ran a 10.42@142mph.... 27 libras?? las subiste??

Atleast a .81ar... but a .96ar?? On my 1jz the T70 spools around 4-4.5K RPMs on full kill.... Scary!!!!!:aigo::evil2:

That would be too laggy, Get a .68ar, There is people making very nice power on this turbo...

It was at 10psi then i forgot to connect the vaccum line to the wastegate so it was shooting to 20psi at 4-4.5k RPM then i was hitting fuel cut lol.... I have the AEM set-up for over boost protection.. ( well SP did)

MasterPower T70.... I get full boost on my lil 1jz on a AEM ems ( no tuning yet) at 4-4500RPMs... Feels great all the way to 7.5k

I have used them in the past with great success, 10K RPM on a 2.0 4g63 mitsu motor & they haven't fail... My friend jake, He just fully built his 1jz using the ACL bearing, He is a member here too... He hasn't finish with the built though..

I would use ACL racing bearing & driftmotion sell CP pistons for the 1jz...
