thanks :D :)
now all i've gotta figure out is why it won't power up
i've gone from my wiring at www.supra.co.nz/supermonitor/supermonitor.htm and have connected all + wires together and the - and put it on the battery and nothing...
i think toyota had us rhd'ers in mind when they did the digi dash as the screen area for the clock is actually the length of the super monitor :D so i didn't have to fab up some smoked lense for there :) :)
just going for mounting of the display now but i need to verify which way it mounts...
so before i go and permanently mount the super monitor can someone please verify which way it mounts
i was going to mount it was the wiring harness coming out the back is at the top
so also the part number/label is at the top
is this correct?
i'd hate to get it mounted only to find my...
thanks :D it's slowly comin together, i cut the last piece of the front faces hopefully today so i can clean the glass from all my fingerprints LOL then put it all back together, and see if my digi dash still works haha
So i bought a supermonitor recently off Viper to install in my digital dash
and here's a couple of pics of it almost finished :D
i've cut the back of the dash cluster to fit the monitor as it is extremely big compared to our stock clocks.
Have cut back the black layer on the clear sheet...
yes... the guy that broke it is poor hahahhaha
if you could let me know the details and i can paypal you the $$ for one :)
dugums: reason i don't wanna get one from zeitronix is not only the difference in price but also he likes to charge another $28usd for the privilege of sending here...
maybe it's for drag racing...
when i do a burnout, hitting speed limiter starting to roll off to start line tap brakes "oh crap" abs thinks i'm trying to stop from 180kph... me = looking like a dumbass and car halted to screeching stop

i'm trying to find a replacement sensor
i've found this one... is it the right one for the zt2 unit?
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B000BZG9C2/ref=nosim/?tag=nextag-auto-20&creative=380333&creativeASIN=B000BZG9C2&linkCode=asn
i keep finding references to a vw one as well but not sure if this is...
if it does end up going back to the sender i'll make sure he makes usps pay for the shipping on the next round and to go express being that they screwed up... i mean, on the customs form what part of New Zealand did they miss? LOL
lol
i think it was usps that actually screwed up coz the guy i bought from wrote my address correctly but the usps receipt says australia priority mail
hahah actually it arrived in melbourne on the 2nd and got put into a bag on the 3rd, here's hoping tomorrow it arrives :)

here is a picture of australia
here is a picture of new zealand
here is a world map
see circled - that is australia and new zealand... see the gap.. thats lots of water, that also tells us that we are indeed separate countries
so if you're ever...
if you're connecting that line to the boost sensor then that would suggest you are using manifold pressure for the charcoal cannister, you should be using one of the ports off the throttle body for the cc.
on the 1j i believe it is from a metal bracket which bolts on the side of the manifold...
