Sad to say there is no good AND fast easy diet foods, either you take the time to eat 600 calories of protein and carbs or you don't. The most you can do to take the edge off is stay away from those little snacks in the afternoons and avoid eating when not hungry.

For me it was a case of the early morning runs. Not pooping so if you read that in you are sick. I mean getting out and going running, works on keeping weight in check and you just need to get passed the puking after a mile bit and your home free.
