That's going to be custom work. A few people have done it so determined searching will turn up info but you're on your own for parts and fabrication. The PCV draws out blow-by from the crank case, removing it is a bad idea. The crankcase does get pressure while running and it WILL barf oil if...
When you're cruising down the freeway in your cushy Z-car with working heat and radio and wish you were in your gutted, ragged looking MKIII with no heat.
I run Maft-Pro on an NA and you do feel gains on the butt dyno. Not significant without considerable supporting mods but there are gains. The real benefit of going Maft-Pro is throttle response. On an NA the difference in throttle response between the original AFM and a MAF is night and day.
The job is really not difficult at all, especially if you have a friend to help you lift the head off. Just don't let him remove any coolant lines, lol.
I've tried redneck style and it is way more work than it's worth IMHO. I did two valves that way and it was taking longer than it would have to remove and replace the head. Unless the cost of the HG is an issue I would just do it the right way.
The Cressida uses smaller injectors and iirc a milder cam. The differences are not that big but you should definitely take the ECU and harness from a similarly equipped Cressida. The Cressida and Supra use different harnesses and ECU's, they are not compatible.
Turn the key to on, walk to the front of the car, and manually open the AFM flapper door with your hand or a screwdriver. You should be able to hear the fuel pump turn on. If it doesn't work, check the AFM connector and make sure it is clean and securely fastened. If it still doesn't work...
I would take a stethoscope or large screwdriver and listen to the engine at different locations, top and bottom. Just having a location to work with would narrow the possibilities down by a lot. Any chance of a video?
Lights dimming when you hit the brakes is pretty common in cars this old...
I also run the Wiseco 10.5:1 pistons. I ordered them through the Import Performance Parts link above and have zero complaints with them.
The average Supra owner seems to be rabidly anti-NA. Apparently because turbo engines make way more power than NA engines you should just turbo your...
