I have a 90T as well and at first I would build fuel pressure even without the engine cranking also. However, now it does nothing. I'll bypass the relay today and give the pump 12v from the diagnostic port just to make sure it still works. I'll be pissed if it doesn't since it's a brand new...

Most people mount their coolers either to the ac condenser or the back of the intercooler. I have my on my intercooler. I had to trim my coolers edge fins down to fit it in. If you're running anything wider than a 3" IC, you'll need to go the condenser route.

Those exhaust systems have been disco for several years now. Your best bet is to watch the For Sale section as a they tend to pop-up from time to time.

Orion hasn't been high-end since back in the day when it was owned by A/D/S. When they went bankrupt in the 90's, A/D/S dissappeared and they sold off the names of Orion and Precision Power. As far as I know, they're just China junk now. If you want Orion gear, source the originals off of ebay.

^ You can simply ground the wire and the seatbelt light will remain off. Unless you need to be reminded to wear your seatbelt for some reason?
