Generally speaking their is some truth behind stereo types. Rota's poor quality didn't just come out of thin air. Are they better then they were? Probably... but compared to "real" wheels it's probably night and day.

Yes he does. That pre-89 blinker cover is the only one I've ever seen for sale ever. I think he got it from Toypro who had a really nice MK3.

I knew about 1 other. I can't give any hard numbers but as far as I knew or heard I only knew of 2 including mine. I'm sure their could be more.
