If you have a problem with Megan Racing coilovers, they don't rebuild them. They give you a new set. If you are over the 1 year warranty, you will pay partial replacement cost.
This only works if you buy from an authorized source, not eBay. Coilovers are not allowed to be sold for less...
It is going to read air input and inject accordingly. It is only going to read a small amount of airflow vs turbo. So, it SHOULD act just like a turbo car would pre-boost. The main question is what is the ECU going to think at say 5800 RPM with such a low air flow reading. Will it have...
I couldn't find a 7mge harness to save my life. Since I had ALL the turbo parts for a 7mgte swap, I figured why not. Myself and others have been curious about how the 7mge would perform on turbo electroincs.
I put the turbo injectors in, since it will get turbo at some point...
I think people really read too much into spring rates. You can't buy a set of coilovers based on spring rates. Quality, price, and performance come into play.
As I have said many times, if you are completely unhappy with Megan Coilovers, I will accept them back at full credit towards a set...
The sensor is in the middle, long skinny to reach into the air stream. We have them for about $50.
Usually you will need one of the adapters to the left to bolt on, about $8.
If it stalls while driving, probably wiring. Wiggle your harness in every place possible while the car is running. If it ever dies, then you have bad wiring.
We have the downpipes for $150 shipped.
You will probably want to cut/modify the bottom for better ground clearance.
When you buy a manifold/downpipe/turbo package the price gets better of course.
You can buy a housing that will let you bolt that turbo to the stock manifold.
I wouldn't buy it though, unless it had some receipt. Buying turbos from 3rd parties is always scary. It could die in a week and you would be screwed.
Be prepared to spend an extra $200 on the custom housing...
Glad to see more options out there.
I don't know what makes this a "quality" manifold versus anything else.
By comparison, our manifolds (china) come with a 1 year warranty and a pre-existing 44mm tial flange.
We sell the same downpipe. Everything comes from the same place basically...
You know my vote :)
Megans then save the cash for other things
3 years of limited warranty is also a nice touch
I'd only vote TEIN SS if you wanted to use EDFC at some point.
BTW Camber is adjustable stock, the coilovers don't have camber adjustments like other cars.
