Yes u plan on doing that! And I'm not excited to find the misfire... Lol I have new plugs so I know it's not that.
Maybe it's to much FP causing a rich misfire? Idk I read something like that somewhere...
But thanks!
Ok ya I kinda figured that, but just wanted to make sure. Thanksfor all the info!
I like your little AFR info at the end there. Lol very interesting.... Never woulda thought different AFRs peak more HP or TQ, that's a cool tip!
Damn it! I didn't want to start a thread that's already been talked about! Lol I've tried finding somethin on it all day. I'll keep
Looking then. I usually find already talked about topics pretty easily.
Thanks
Ok so as some of you guys know I'm trying to finish up my tuning with maf-t BASIC. Well so far everything is looking good. My AFRs at idle and cruising is between 14.6-15.4, fluctuating at mostly 14.7. Under WOT I'm tuning my AFRs myself and have control under WOT with the maf-t.
Now when...
Lol well I was just wondering cause Im goin about 45-50 mph when it breaks loose. Its just once it hits 10 lbs, it breaks out.
It's happened on a 60+ degree day and I know it's not that warm. But I just wanted to know if it was normal or not.
And I know most of the hondas out here don't break...
I figured it out. I didn't have the purple wire hooked up to a switched 12 volt. I read it in the manual as If I had NOS or meth or sonethin, that the purple wire would trigger it to go on above 8-ish psi. But it actually adjusts the entire fuel curve above 8 psi or so.
But ya I can control it...
Well damn. How do you guys get a good 40 pull goin? Lol I just can't keep up wen I break loose. Ill just have to get some big tires I guess.
And I have 245 all season sports on the rear. So I know they aren't going to be the grippiest, but I was still surprised. Lol
Ok so I'm in the process of tuning my built 7m, and when I go WOT in second at about 45 mph it will hook up to about 10-12 psi then the tires just spin. Is this normal for second gear? it's kind of annoying lol I have brand new bridgestone 245s on the back, and it just roasts them if I keep on...
I'm sure it will hit fuel cut before anythin happens. But it's not like I want to use this MBC. I have my Blitz EBC still hooked up and on, just don't have the vacuum lines connected because I can't figure out how to get it to work.
I know I had the vacuum lines hooked up correctly as per the...
Do you think putting it to a bigger injector size would help? I have 560s, but if I say I have like 580s or something, than won't it think it doesnt need as much fuel from the "bigger" injectors, which then may fix the problem?
Ok so I got my maf t basic to the right AFRs and VF for cruising around. But now wen I boost it goes really rich, 10:1 AFRs. I have the settings to make it lean and at -35% fuel on the AUX knob, but nothing. It's like the knobs wont control it.
When I was just boosting 6 psi, I could control...
Well ya I know that... Lol I thought u meant at 10 psi now. I've gone to 15 with no probs.
But I just thinks it's weird that I needed to route the vacuum lines backwards for it to work for me.
ok so i kinda got somewhere. I tried the MBC like in this picture below
but that just opened at 6 psi no matter the setting. But then i tried it with the top WG vacuum line going to the "normal vacuum tee" and the bottom port going to the "regulator" and it held at 10 lbs. I opened the MBC up...
its just a bleeder i believe. i can take the whole + - boost knob out and theres nothing in there. Maybe its just missing it? i got it free.
But anyways i have my EBC still hooked up and it still doesnt work... ?
ill double check everything now.
this is the MBC i have minus the T...
