I provide a spec sheet to record what each of the diffs I rebuild are set to internally. LSD and R&P Backlash, pinion and carrier preload, bolt torque, breakaway torque, ect.. Huge amount of new part cost goes into each, as well as labor to get perfect.

Have you backprobed the alternator connector and checked all 3 of those pins per the tsrm? My bet is the vehicle side wiring is the issue, not the alternator.

The stock muffler is very big. Though the replacement one I have now is about as big. But with far different construction inside.
