That vinyl wrap is pretty good stuff. If I ever need to replace those louver pieces I plan to use the exact same type of wrap.

How did you bleed it? If it goes from empty to overflowing it sounds like you have air in the system somehow. Have you checked to see if it is leaking anywhere?

When I replaced mine I removed the alternator to give myself easier access to the FPU VSV, that is the one under the intake and as AbsoluteSpeed mentioned, it helps with hot starts.

Are you talking about the part that will stick out just a little bit when the mirrors are folded? Any suggestions on how to reinforce it? Most all of the lowering springs would lower the car too much for my likes. I would only want .5-1" at the most.

I think some of the higher power guys have issues with the rear subframe cracking too, so they go and add more supports and reinforcements to it. Just another thing to look into.
