I did not realize that the dash does not need to be removed in order to pull the evaporator. I'll give that a try when I go back in there to wire up the boost control to my EMS.

I recently removed the AC lines and now I have these two ugly open ports sticking out from the firewall. Rather than shoving some stoopeed rubber neeples on them I would like to find a screw on cap option. Anyone know of any? Got a link for me?

Depends how large of a leak. However, not sure what effect that would have with that piggy back. With my EMS, a large intake leak caused my idle to spike up to 2800rpm and run pig rich at idle. Still ran fine under load, just didn't make as much boost.

Check for vacuum leaks post throttle body.

Let us know if you feel a difference with that Run UP additive. Are you gonna dump $100 of that additive in at once?

Toyota radios were manufactured by Fujitsu Ten. At least they use to be. Either way, they kept the same plugs. Therefore Eclipse decks are plug and play for our cars. That's what I've always use for ease of installation....plus they had some great sounding decks.

Pulled the AC condenser and relocated the oil cooler and coolant reservoir. Then installed the recently acquired Greddy 24R Intercooler.

Finally got it figured out. I had to remove the latch in order to install the spring. Not possible with the latch installed. Thanks for the pics.

Maxburn, it's hard to tell where the spring is attached to in your pics. gats, your latch doesn't even look completely the same as mine. You have the release cable coming in from the left. Mine is coming in from the right. Perhaps I have it hooked up wrong, but either way, I still can't figure...

So I had to take mine apart in order to get to the bolt holding the top of the support bracket. I have it back in, but for the life of me I cannot figure out where to secure the large thick spring to. Obviously the left side would go on the notch in the pivoting latch, but where does the right...

I agree. Turbo oil seals leaking. The turbo will not necessarily have any excessive shaft play. Find any oil in the cold side of your intercooler?

Everything. Power, drivability, reliability, adjustability, expansion capabilites, fuel economy, throttle response, idle etc. Only real downside is that I don't know how to tune it myself. So if I move to a different elevation or change my setup, my tune shifts and I need to drop another few...
