Well yeah.. I was saying that out of being lazy. If you jump it and it runs batts crap. If it don't then keep on picking at it.
If you got a known good batt you wanna throw in to see if it cranks over then cool.
A 72 hr rule around here is to move your car or get it towed. If you haven't got any tickets on the car during it's time sitting then they have issues but if you left it sitting and neighbors or cops want to be dicks then it's possible. To auction it this soon tho seems odd.

A load test is like cranking amps. You may read 12.4 v on batt but the moment you turn the key it's gone. Jump it with another car and see if that does it. Or haul the batt to local parts store to test.
