    I'm changing my timing belt and this is what I found. What does it indicate?

    Here are two pics of my timing belt. Notice how the belt is not riding on the pulley correctly. It's rubbing on the rear cover causing damage to the belt. Anyone seen this...what's the cause...how do I fix it? Thanks!!
