    Fuel volume vs pressure

If you are going for 450 HP, the stock lines are fine (like I said - "adequate"...i.e. good enough). For above that, you can use the stock lines, but you will start going into the safety margin for flow from the pump. That would risk a lean condition at top HP in the case of another issue...

Help I'm ready to call it quits.......

Seth - Don't you think it will be a heck of a lot easier to try a hotter plug? You made it sound like pulling the head was what you would do...there are plenty of options to do 1st. That plug is not showing signs of "wash" (it's practically new)...it's showing a bit of soot (at the moment)...

Just like I said earlier :D Ummm...are you serious? He might be running a little rich, but damn sure not enough to pull the head.

You should check your ECU codes.

    Fuel volume vs pressure

There are a few key differences in the two systems: - Gasoline has a far lower viscosity than oil...this alone allows a much greater flow rate. - The injector spray pattern is based on pressure...a minimum is required for sufficient atomization. - The FPR returns fuel to the tank based on...

    4AGE Oil Cooler/PS Cooler Upgrade

Using the stock 7M oil cooler as a PS cooler is a common practice and works. If the 4AGE cooler is the same size or bigger, it will work fine.

Hopefully coming back to the supra world!!!!!!!!

Couple things wrong with this: - Per CRE above, if you are too lazy to post a full thread here, we are too lazy to read it. - It's not even a Supra...this is the Mk III General section. - It's a link to a "Want to Trade" thread...if you want to do that, it belongs in the classifieds. Thread closed.

such a noob question, but have to ask...

For a re-torque (like the question the OP asked), this is completely unnecessary. It would require loosening all the studs and could possibly affect the HG seal. For an initial install...you are wrong ;) Suggest you go to the ARP website and read the appropriate subject in the tech area...

such a noob question, but have to ask...

Do them all in the TSRM sequence. All you need to to is just "crack" them about a 1/4 turn. Then torque back to spec.

Yep! Been hectic the past few weeks ;) Then go for it. I still don't see what the rush is...other than impatience ;)

Help I'm ready to call it quits.......

Unless the plugs are fouling...I don't believe in that "rule of thumb". If you have a 700 HP motor, you run 4 steps colder? You use the plug, gapped appropriately, that best suits your ignition system. Dump that filter. We do need pics to make a more educated call...post pics.

Wrecked RIP Supra Got a few Questions?

No. A grey plug auto or manual ECU will work for a manual tranny. The auto tranny needs an auto ECU. It would be best to get an '89 ECU in any case.

    First Start Q?

The question I have is why? Sure seams like a lot of effort just to satisfy your curiosity. Even if it does start, it's not going to run right (which will then generate a bunch of questions). Wait until you have it done.

Std heat range on this plug? If so, go one step hotter. What air filter are you using?

    ford 75w90+modifier

It's "Kendall" - Conoco Phillips to be exact...they make MotorCraft oil products. http://www.supramania.com/forums/showthread.php?t=66921 Use the Ford modifier. Others may work, but you may get unexpected results. Start with 1-2 oz and work up to the desired LSD slip. ;)

    weak power issues...**Updated** Wideband Video...HELP !!!

Not sure what happened to you, but it was not because the knock sensor detected engine noise that caused the CEL to illuminate. If everything is working correctly with the knock sensors, the TCCS will pull timing when either knock sensor detects a 7 kHz frequency (as I said). There will be no...
