youtube is a great tool for installation. as far as tuning take it to a dyno shop and tell them what you want to run and let them do the work. After all that is why they call it dyno tuning.

Also if that doesn't work ( clearing them ) then check the connector. I had that issue with mine a few times and it turned out that the connector was not snapped in all the way.

That all depends on what your intentions are. There is no such thing as cleaning up the cylinders with pistons. If you want good strong pistons, that will handle damn near anything you can afford to throw at them, get a set of JE pistons.
