We have a group that gets together every other weekend here at my place in Clarksville. There are 3 Supras here. Would be 4 if Eric (Supramedical) would ever get around to joining us...lol. Shoot me a text if your interested. 931-249-5018. We are BBQing Saturday. Just bring a few bucks to pitch...
I got medically discharged from Germany. I have mine set at 4. Turn yours to 7, then drive it. As long as you have a wideband, you can make adjustments.
I'm running the Fcon, 550s, Walbro, and about to swap in an AFPR. As long as you open it up and make sure that the dial inside is turned to the number you need, then you will be fine. Just make sure that you have a Wideband to tune it with.
Hey man where are you getting stationed at? I was at Graf and I have a German friend that lives very close to the post. He is a Supra lover like us. Also, you should really take it with you.....it will be worth it.
I was going to do that tomorrow actually. I had a friend tell me the same thing and if I hear it near the pumpkin, then it is the CV shaft. He said if I hear it near the wheel then it is my bearing.
Mine is one of those that have proved the people wrong. Just look at the sig block and do some number crunching. There is quite a bit dumped in there. Don't get me wrong, I love my 7M..... But to always have the one huge worry in the back of your mind....No matter how well it is built, the...
Well the crank would end up being a ground and polished one. I'm trying to figure out right now, why anyone with that good of a paying job would want to dump that much money into a 7M..... I have one and have a ton of mods on it, but if I had as good of a job as you say you do, then I would...
I had a similar problem with my RHD when I was stationed in Germany. As strange as it is to believe i had an major exhaust leak which was causing the idle drop after ANY throttle. I had it welded and I never had the problem again. So it might sound dumb, but check the exhaust to make sure there...
I wasn't worried about how hard of a job it is. I was asking if that noise sounds like it is a CV shaft that is going bad. I have done a lot harder jobs then an axle swap.... but thanks for the encouragement
So we did a T70 turbo swap 2 weeks ago, and running 18psi. Well, after the first few test pulls at full boost, it sounds like there is a rock in the right rear tire. We have checked all the tires to make sure it wasn't the sound bouncing around. There are no rocks. I have an ASE mechanic friend...
First question is why in the world would you hook up the NEO to a switch? It's not like your going to be driving and decide to just turn it off. Hook it up like the instructions say and have fun tuning it.....Takes a bit of time.
I just got my hands on a T70 setup, with an HKS wastegate. The compressor housing does not have spot for a vac line like the CT26 does. I have an older HKS EVC and I need to find out how to hook up the controller with this external wastegate. I have been looking on google, and most of it is with...
I need an AFPR. I have an upgraded fuel system but a stock regulator and j tube still there. Thankfully I have the VPC to help keep things a little in check.
Won't the this have the same effect if something goes wrong with the fuel as a bunch of Ts spliced in? This seems to make it a bit easier for the junk to be distributed. I get the idea and I have been looking into getting one for my car, but I'm rather worried about choosing the correct one. I...
I say this and I know alot will agree with me.....Why fix what isn't broken? I know it is good preventative maint.... but why mess with it if it isn't blown?! Only standing a chance then of messing something up. I say if it is running fine and you are not trying to get more boost into it, leave...
I refuse to play any sort of Beta testers. I did that with MW3 for the PS3 and hated it more then if I woke up in the morning with my face sewn to the carpet. Once it was released I rented it....I loved it. So I will just wait for it to be released and not even bother with it. We will have to...
