The Tokicos are great. They are on the red 2JZ car that is for sale. The height is lowered BUT not crazy to the point you can't set a shop lift on it. -___-
Yes, they bolt up. Same pattern but the 1JZ is slightly weaker and tends to lock up more often. I have seen them lock up and then replaced them with 7M starters.
If you can be very sure you'll make it an even 1MM.
Other than that, lathe would be best. I am sure your local machine shop would have a lathe that can do it. If you can't find one, PM Albert. I am sure he could do it for a very reasonable price.
