It's simple.
Car came with an electric fan. Keep it. It's designed to work from the factory. Example, GS300 2JZ-GTE Swaps.
Car came with a clutch fan setup. Keep it. Why? Its designed to work.
W58 uses a push clutch, R154 uses a pull. Different bolt and dowel configuration by the looks of the flywheel. Never used a W58 and won't. Doesn't make sense to me.
Drain the gear oil after a couple hundred miles. I did mine after 500 miles. You really notice the difference as the parts wear in which makes the shifting smoother. You might find some metal shaving but don't expect tons of it, little particles are normal as the parts wear.

One of our customer had a flooded CRV and she vacuumed it out, cleaned it super well and guess what she did. Trade it in. Nothing against that, didn't break any laws to my knowledge. The "techs" at the dealer said it was okay...."Techs" huh?

You have issues on that car. The wiring seems screwed. Why, if you disconnect an igniter and tried cranking, you will get a code, I believe it would be 14. Disconnect the IAT, you will get a code without even having the need to crank.
If no code appears after doing that, it has to be in your...
After seeing your pictures, I don't know if anyone agrees with me but the wiring could be your issue and I have no clue where to start....there's so much.
You did your harness?
