W58 uses a push clutch, R154 uses a pull. Different bolt and dowel configuration by the looks of the flywheel. Never used a W58 and won't. Doesn't make sense to me.

Just because everything getting power doesn't mean the wiring is right. Try a different ECU. It's known to cause these issues but with your wiring, I am not sure anyone would want to lend your their ECU...
