Daryl, I liked the 3.90 gears the best, I have the 3.73 now, and its great on the freeway but I liked the 3.90's better, esspecially at the track. I was road tuning on the hwy tonight and did 220 KMH in 4th gear with another 1000 rpm to go.......I think I may be able to hit 300 kmh...

Yes we went for the first road drive last night, there is a few things we have to work out but it drives very nice, I hope to get it onto the dyno tomorrow or friday.....just in time for the drive to SILV. Randy

I guess we can include 1jz manifolds here to, I have tried this "ebay manifold" and it doesnt fit well in the mk3 Supra, the wastegate runners hit the frame and it needs to be heated up and flattened to even bolt it onto the car:

With my experience I would say around 400whp reliably with a fresh rebuild, yes some guys have done more, but I wouldnt push it to much farther. The key is to keep the engines cool never overheat them and keep them topped up with oil.

The numbers were a little low because we couldnt get the boost consistant, it was pulsing up and down 2-3 psi, which was throwing everything else off. Using dyno time to figure out boost problems is $$$. This turbo is not in its efficiancy at 15 psi on a 2.5L. 17+ is where this will start making...

Just wondering what single turbo manifolds/ headers fit in the mk3 chassis, and dont put the turbo into the stru t tower and wastegate placement. Please post your findings on what hits and what fits. I heard that the SP manifold fits.....
