My feelings exactly. I had a hard time seperating my hobby from my life with my last car. Since I sold it in April, I had some time to start "growing up". It's hard to pass up home's for such a small difference in price for rent.
Here's the deal.........I've got a friend of the family that is a mortgage broker and is going over some of the things that you should have when even remotely considering a house. One of them being a savings/emergency account. I've got a savings account, but it doesn't really have enough in it...
So damn true.....
It's hard to do the right thing when you're so immersed into this scene. I finally got back into the thing that I love, but then reality and timing hit me in the face.
I just bought another 1991 Supra Turbo about a month ago. I haven't had a Supra since April of 07 and finally found one worth buying that I loved. I've been renting appartments since I moved out of my parents house in 03 and it's just getting old. With the market being what it is, I've came...
Just a quick update........
Got rid of the chrome wheels and found myself some nice 91-92 wheels :) I'm so happy to have those other wheels off it's not even funny. Fernando at F & H was making fun of me because I was just sitting there smiling at the car. Sorry for the pics. They're from...

That would be great!
The car has a new OEM clutch, rear calipers, rotors, NGK wires, and some other good stock stuff so it should be a great ride while the parts shelf piles up ;)
The wheels and cd player will probably be the first couple of things to be changed as well as some engine...
Thanks guys. Some of the best times of my life were in my MKIII's so there's no way I could go without one. I really appreciate the comments and can't wait to hang out with you guys again at the TX2K8 meet.
Bwahaha......Mark my words.........I will NEVER install a 1JZ in my car (no offense to the guys here with one)
I'm going as far as I can with my 7M. I really would like to find a nice BPU MKIV for a daily driver and keep the MKIII as my "fun" car.
Manny- Your interior might end up in this...
