7mgte does not use MAP from factory. It has an Air Flow meter , and you may want ot use that if you have no way of eliminating the AFM -

Well, I pulled some stock bolts from a car and the threads were pretty much corroded and gone. If you are doing all this work, might as well use the ARP head bolts/studs. OR at least buy new ones from Toyota...I guess.

yeah...some peeps forget, the MKIII came FROM the FACTORY with a 1jz...its not like its a frankenstein engine swap dealio... Sayin one won't be here without the other is foolish. And I don't care..ive had both..I prefer the JZ..... :)
