Yes, that wire plugs into another plug in the harness. Just hold the two wires and pull apart. The actual fog light bulbs has a pigtail already.

Agreed. The covers will look better on any lighter colored cars. It blends in too much with black. The Euros on the other hand pop out and looks stock as well. Quality and fit of the covers are very nice though.
