I wouldn't go over 550cc injectors because at higher levels than that, you need more control than the MAFT will give you. The basic MAFT, for instance, cannot modify your timing.

What turbo? Premature boost cut is almost always due to a boost leak. Whether yours is premature or not depends on how much air you're pushing, not what the pressure is, and this is dependant on the turbo, IC, IC pipes, throttle body, ambient temp and pressure, and a bunch of other minor factors.
