i've tuned mine on the streets and made decent power with a fully built 7m...476rwhp @ 15psi....either way i'm not sure about who can tune a 7m the best but i know Nick knows a guy who did a great job on his car (mk4) If anything let me know if you need help.

dont be a douche correct, of course the 2jz brackets arent going to fit into the mk3 chassis but the 1jz/jza brackets will. like stated above.
