I'm stumped as to how to unscrew the tie rod from the steering rack. I've got the knuckle off, the tie rod end is dangling, its just the other end of the tie rod I've got to unscrew. I've got it to spin about a quarter of a turn, BUT, the steering component its screwed into seems to be rotating...

...ill go ahead and drop the fram filter ive been using, and pick up a purolator filter over at AAP on my next oil change. eesh, ive heard more bitching about the fram oil filter than BHG talk.

good info, thanks =D im not planning on moving around my foglights though, so ill have to browse to see if itll still get a decent amount of air flow over it if i keep them the way they are. ill probably end up getting a fan in the long run, but wont right away.

Thanks jdub =) however, i already have the cooler, so ill probably just mount a fan on it after i get it installed. im still wondering on exactly where i should mount it, though. thats my primary concern.

Yup, thats why I made this thread =) everywhere i want to place it is either too cramped or it hangs too low. im probably just not seeing or thinking of the best spot lol.

mines an 87 with a sunroof, and the electronics occasionally bug out (the close button wont work for like, 30 seconds every couple days) and the seals dont shut as tight as i want them to. some water leaks through when i go through the car wash haha. nothing to complain about, but its definitely...
