I might be wrong, but you could always go by the values listed to the left of the price...there are a few that have torque values in the mid 600's ;)

Gas in your oil reduces the lubrication effects of oil, and could wreck your bearings. I can't really tell by the video, but it sounds like something is knocking...could just be my imagination.
Running rich: check the FPR...if it's not that, the AFM could be getting a bad reading, the O2...
The wiring is the most likely culprit, but I've also heard about knock sensors splitting down the middle which causes it to not work (duh). Only way you can find out is to remove it and inspect it.

I'm running into the stabilizer bar brace which is on/over the passenger inner tie rod.
Is this brace threaded onto the tie rod, so I just have to thread it off with more force? Or is there some trick I obviously don't know about to get the whole thing off?
