Ive always seen them go pretty slow and mine are even slower....if I swap the motors should I expect them to go reasonably fast? I know I cant compare them to later model power windows.
Find a used set of lexus/toyota yellow glass capsules, open your foglight and place them in there. A < $20 way to get the same effect as genuine JDM fogs.

This is EXACTLY what my car was doing when it started smoking.
It would do this usually after temps got to a normal operating temp....once Aaron replaced the caps in teh ECU it NEVER came back. Gotta recap your ECU man.
Using a relay harness will generate even better output since it draws current directly from the battery and sends it straight to the lights and doesnt lose current thru the stock lighting harness. Even with stock bulbs, there is a noticeable difference. Not required, but recommended for optimum...
Pretty much you get what you pay for when it comes to headlamps.
Ive seen them all and the only good solution for a drop in headlamp for the mk3 supra is the Hella E-Codes or Narva/Cibie E Codes. Raybrig also makes a good headlamp at a premium cost but you will get the same output performance...
