I don't know who offers one in pre-89 style, if at all. I had to get mine custom modified. Shine Auto carries the 89+ style Greddy bumper.

They're US pre-89 fogs with the capsules retrofitted. It doesn't look as if there are any reflectors on the capsules unlike the JDM 89 fogs. Personally, I would just leave yours be... genuine pre-89 euro/JDM fogs are rare and hard to come by. No sense ruining a perfectly good set :icon_bigg
ERA, leave the rears but just drop the fronts a tad. The slammed rear makes the wheels look small.
As for the carbon, do the headlight covers as well, not just the hood.
