    The Notorious 90 Degree hose

AFAIK any silicone hose with a 3/4" inner diameter will work as long as its at a right angle...some links were posted earlier. 3/4" ID on a silicone hose is the same as a 3/4" ID on a rubber hose.

    Question about fuel injectors

The housing is what you are interested in, look in the for sale section, they're pretty cheap. You can use your electronics or the Lexus' electronics depending on what part number is on it. The Lexus part number that works is one more than the Toyota's AFM part number.

mishimoto silicone heater hose set...whats the third hose?

Yeah someone mentioned that but the 20 degrees won't make one bit of difference, the hose is flexible enough to incorporate that small change into its structure without compromising anything...

mishimoto silicone heater hose set...whats the third hose?

Nice looking! I had a link on ebay for the set for $60 or $65. The 90 degree bend hose was discussed in another thread, I found a silicone hose that would fit for under $20 shipped, comes in black too :P

    What should i expect........

The material was fine on the 7M's, the torque spec was not. The most common explanation for the HG problem is that Toyota changed the HG material at the last second and left the torque spec the same...something that shouldn't have happened haha. MLS headgaskets provide more room for error with...

    What should i expect........

I6: there is absolutely no need to go full blown on the headgasket issue and do all the things you listed....there are more than a few people running new, OEM headgaskets torqued to a higher spec at higher power levels, and have been doing so for quite some time. It's all in the tune. The 12V...

    What should i expect........

A new properly torqued stock OEM hg will have no problem holding 400 hp. Nice mods op looks like you'll have a good setup! 12v mod isn't necessary you can just tune around it.

    question about fluidyne radiator cap

Koyo's are different? Huh, wouldn't have thought that. I have a Fluidyne rad myself and after I got pissed that all the hoses kept popping went down to a stock 13 lb cap that I bought from Napa, it fit like it should. Best idea is to bring in the rad cap when you buy the new one and compare.

    question about fluidyne radiator cap

Just get a stock cap, 13 lbs. No difference between the two besides the spring pressure...fluidyne is higher than 13 lbs and you'll find leaks easier, I sure did.

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

After doing a bit of searching I stumbled upon this thread: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=163954&highlight=stalls+coming+stop isnms' post (#33) got me thinking about the condition of the hose/VSV. Went outside and had my mom (noone else home) hold the rpms at 3k, pinched the...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

A wideband is one of those things I should've already bought =X Hence it being on my list. I'll be fiddling with the CPS wires tomorrow after work. I bought 2' of 1/4" black silicone hose to replace the turbo coolant lines with (autozone hose special is getting crispy again) so I'll have access...

    starting/ running problem

DTC stands for diagnostic trouble codes. Usually people say DTC when they want to feel pompous and intelligent, instead of saying error codes or just codes. It's to be expected from some people. :icon_razz

You seem cocky as well. I'll give you a chance to redeem yourself: point out to me, EXACTLY, using quotes, where Nick has helped me. This is the tech section, not some off topic/political discussions board. If people sell mismatched stuff that's fine, but that's impossible in this case, as I...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

As I stated MULTIPLE times, the part number is stamped on the side of the injector. See the small red protruding rectangle directly above the big black letters? Part number. I'm pretty sure they didn't torch off the old part number and stamp a new one in, big boy. Congratulations, I...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

Symptoms have been on and off since then, but more off. It drives beautifully now that I fixed the O2 sensor. Which leads us to today: Went to start the car to drive a block down the road to the gym (haha, ironic) and it wouldn't start. Key in on position, CEL is on...good. Lights are good...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

It idled down from 1500 to 1100 ish and sat there, vacuum reading was -16 or -17. Fiddled with the vacuum hose to the ISCV, nothing. Got out a pair of pliers, pulled the clamp off, pulled the hose off...car died, sounded like the ISCV had a rotor inside of it that stopped spinning and it clicked...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

Mazda RX-7s have 2 primary and 2 secondary injectors...2 550cc, 2 850cc IIRC. Not many people have 6 550cc injectors...it's like someone on here having 18 440cc injectors :P Supra90turbo: not calling you stupid, don't worry. But you should read what I write: there is NO POSSIBLE WAY four...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

I won't take advice that doesn't make sense. You're welcome to explain to me how 2 injectors from person x and 2 injectors from person y are broken but flow exactly the same, and flow differently from 2 injectors from person z which flowed well...when all 6 injectors are the same part number...

Lopey idle, sometimes stalling, after 550/Lex mods

The injectors had the part number stamped on the side of them. All 6 are original Denso injectors...they are 100% the correct injectors :) 2 were sold to be already flow tested with new grommets and the like. The flow test sheet showed 576 cc for both I believe. The other 4 were not flow...
