The grinder, sandpaper and rustolium is the plan. How would I get the gas low without pulling the plug out of the bottom of the tank?

Can anybody identify what this engine wiring harness goes to? I think it goes to a USDM 2JZ-GTE, but I also suspect that it goes to a 7MGE.
