You don't need to hesitate about the quality of Shine's Bomex sides. They're equal to, if not better than the original. Shine actually test fits and makes corrections to original aero parts, if needed, before they manufacture the mold...

18" HREs are around $4800. The good thing about HREs is that regardless of the width, the price does not change. An particular model of a certain diameter will cost the same, whether they are 8.5" or 11.5"

For the rear, I currently run 9.5"+36. 11"+19 will stick out another 1.4". I would need to cut the fender's inner lip; that should give me my 0.4" Then I need to flare the fender to get that additional 1 inch. 295s will stretch slightly on an 11" rim...
