that black interior looks good in the pics, is the finish that good IRL? i'd nenver have the balls to do that for fear of ruining it :p.
good work with the build btw.
a fellow A70 enthusiaist here in my part of Aus was out drifting on the twisty roads a few years ago and lost control into a dry feild on a hot day - the heat from his exhaust sparked a fire and he had to watch the car burn to the ground, was a genuine TT-R too. Also burnt down about 20 hectares...
^^^ would like to see pics of that. i guess radiator assistance is beneficial but they are also good for reducing heat soak of the hot and cold sides of the motor.
I did car detailing as a part time job a few years ago while i was still a student, by the time i got home i was sick of polishing/waxing/cleaning etc and consequently my own car was neglected :naughty
having the right equipment and product makes the job much easier tho!
the way things look in those pics there...a 10mm bolt on space will probably be all you'll need to soprt things out on the inside, and you should still have plenty o room to play with on the outside...
your description of your 1JZ sounds interesting - how much power are you making? what benefit...
thats what i wanted to hear! im more concerned about the body work than the tyres! the front guard lips on the A70 arent that strong, one bump in the road is all it takes to bend the lip and then its all over :(
this thread is fantastic! ive recently gone back to a JZA70 after selling up my old one and buying a JZA80 (the jellybean ddint do it for me!) but ive kept the wheels that were on it as i think they're gonna look spot-on under the gaurds of my new JZA70...
specs are as follows
Front: 18x9 +15...
yeah cut off is nice, but projectors only look good if they are twin/retro fit. retaining the factory housing with a projector in the middle looks like ass IMO
