    yep! put one on chris' car. here is a dyno chart from chi2k6 (~15psi, mustang dyno) he now has a 62-1 on there, but it owned his clutch the next time we took it to the dyno. im not a huge fan of the t'netics turbos tho. they are decent, but seem to have a pretty high failure rate...

    not thru the firewall, thru the body. there is a hole w/ a grommet in the lower fender where the fresh air tube goes/went for the canister.

    i wouldnt think so. ive driven mine to new york 3 times (900 miles) and never had a problem. maybe it had to do with the extreme heat? personally id uncap the line and run a vac line down thru the body and see if he still has problems.

    highly debated. some say 500+ go stand alone. from my experience, the ecu is completely capable to support up to 680cc injectors w/ an afc, mafpro, etc. an adjustable fuel pressure regulator helps dial it in as well. anything bigger than 680cc it had a little trouble dealing with...

    did you plug the line that went to the canister? if so, like was said you have to run a vented gas cap. other option is to run the line from the tank to the canister open. extend the vac line that went to canister to the hole in the body under where the canister was mounted.

    the one you are talking about is the line pressure control cable. if you unbolt it from the rear and pull it out straight from the trans it has quite a bit of length to it. if it is long enough will depend on the dimensions of your intake and how you hook it up.
