Getting ready to take bumper off, ofcourse I broke a clip on molding, any one know where to get a replacement? Thanks ahead of time, I searched but didn’t see anything exactly like that
Nothing exciting but registered the car, insured with American collectible. Drove car a bit, even saw another mk3 which never happens. Rack leaks and might need either rear brakes or wheel bearings. Overall an exciting day for me.
. No leaks from the line, looks like a drip from the rack...deal with that a much later time. Car pulled nice no hiccups. Almost ready to make it road worthy
Seen this too, was wondering the same, kinda looks like it was just stored. Hope all the fluids were changed at some point. When I worked At a Toyota dealer we had a customer with 15k miles on his mkIII refused to change tires or anything despite them being dry rotted
Thanks for the input! I’m torn between the dm and a factory replacement. I’ll have to sleep on it and think which route I want to take. Appreciate the help!
Plan on replacing the high pressure power steering line. From searching it seems like the rack needs to be moved. I plan on cutting the old one out to avoid this. My question is if I run the drift motion hose will it still need to be routed under the rack or Can I place it elsewhere so I don’t...
Thanks for the input, I like the divorced for the idea of hearing the wastegate open, other then that id just get recirculated. I had the ebay style DP from driftmotion on my first turbo car. I bought this supra with what looks like a home made DP. They did a good job but its literally one pipe...
After seeing Seoul4Koreas's post of his 1jz cam gear cover from aliexpress, decided to check it out. They have a divorced downpipe on there, Just wondering if any one used one like it or something similar that ive seen on ebay years ago.
