Firs of all, search would help alot! Your have something called TEMS (toyota electronically modulated suspension IIRC) And i dont think tems lowers your car 4 inches ;) Lowering the car is not what you want to be worried about performance wise. A stiffer suspension would help with...

Youll just have to get a HG to accomadate your block modifications. Dont forget to make sore you resurface you block and head and use ARP head studs. As for the gaskets, go to toyota and get a bottle or two of FIPG :) DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON THIS CAR. you may die, or some close.
