True...$600 is the cost of the HL68139 XENON Headlamp, 90mm Low Beam, which comes with a ballast. Without the ballast, the Xenon 90MM, Low beam costs $167. The XENON 90mm low beam is for a D2S HID bulb. The alternate cheaper option is the $60 non-HID 90mm module and put in an H9 HID bulb.

To accomplish the partial rise of the headlight, there's actually no need to either cut/weld or replace any arms. I didn't have to with my setup. The arm on the stock headlight assembly just needs to be adjusted and the arm on the motor needs to be repositioned. I use the "Pivot" headlight...

LOL. That's the classic supra owner first response. Pricing will be determined once a finished product has been made, most likely out of carbon fiber. (Currently my setup is made up of steel bracketry).
