I made the cover today. I did the best I could to make the bends with a mallet, a friend standing on the work bench while I bent the sheet down, and a cutoff wheel/angle grinder.

Any turbo 5-speed driveshaft for the MKIII will work. They all came with R154's and that's what I'm using now. In fact, I have a 1 piece aluminum DS from a turbo 5-speed and it works great.

Welcome. Not too bad for someone your age. I'm with everyone else, rocking the gutted interior sucks. I did that on my first Supra and it was horrible. I made sure to have a full interior from then on.
