Take appart and Clean the gauge cluster. Replace the bulbs with LEDs and you'll get the best out of it. You will have to replace all the bulbs. 4x W5 bulbs and 1x 1.2W bulb. Though I did modified the 1.2W small bulb hole to fit a W5 bulb..and it worked great! This way you'll have equal...

Around $500 USD...for the gauge cluster only! Which includes 3 mk3 spare gauge clusters and one mk2 cluster,1 parktronic unit,3 digital voltmeters,20 LEDs,spare climate unit, wiring,relays,new oem cluster glass,small tools,glue,etc., and countless hours (around 3 months) of work done! LOL...

Congrats! Nice build! I have a 2jz with a ITS 72mm 0.70 a/r divided on a divided HKS GT manifold. And a 4' Titanium exhaust by HKS. It sounds amazing! I should put a video one day... Love the turbo wine coming from the back of the muffler!

Agree! It's a pitty that my 3rd gear starts boosting at around 120 km/h. This way I loose 20 km/h off boost... I want to make a 100-200 km/h run under 5 sec. in the near future with some small changes and a nice re-tune!

Thanks! The actual top speed is far more than 180mph... I run a 3.7 rear differential gear which is standard on Euro spec turbo mk3s, and 275/35-18" rear wheels which actually cheats my speedometer by about 8 mp/h (13 km/h), cause it's calibrated for factory size 225/50-16' wheel !
