    Rear Mounted Turbo System

I think you could hide it on a GTO or Firebird pretty easily, but it'd be harder on a Camaro because there isn't a whole lot of bumper back there.

    Light Weight Vs. Stock flywheels

How did that work out exactly? Just start it with the gas already down so it doesn't die? I used to drive the Celica all the time without touching the clutch but I never tried to take off without it.

    Today sucked

Pull the wire, if it stops you found it if it doesn't plug that wire back in and pull the next one. It should either grow much fainter or stop completely if you pull the right one out (assuming it isn't a main as Pete said).

    Finally lost my engine undercover...

It may still be okay (meaning not ideal, but not bad enough to cause a problem) for normal driving, but every once and a while you'll run into a situation that really pushes your cooling system, and without the undercover to help out it can't dissipate enough heat and you begin to overheat.

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

They fixed the Optispark problem in 96+ units. I dislike the sound of LS1s, dunno why. I think they sound like someone is trying to blend a CD or something. Most of the cammed ones I've heard (at least, the ones with a cam of decent duration and not just a teensy bit bigger than stock) sound...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Yep, I knew the radiators were at an angle, that's why I asked :biglaugh: Now that you mention it, I think one of them might have been a centri supercharger. I know for sure one was a 106MM turbo though, I've still got the videos. I planned (and still do, actually) on getting an LT1 Trans Am...

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

Where did you put the IC? Move the radiator back a good bit? Both of the front mount Firebirds I saw had the turbo sitting right in front of the intake manifold (if that makes sense, if not I'll try and find a picture), no idea what they did about an IC. I know STS and a few other companies...

    Upgrade to a CT20?

There were a couple up close pictures of Turbo A turbos next to stock CTs in one of the Turbo A build threads.

    Rear Mounted Turbo System

I've never even heard of this on anything other than f-bodies and the new GTOs, but it's the only way to go for those guys apparently. I've only seen two front mount turbo cars and they were both drag only.

So i'm thinking of trading my supra for a bike...

Nah, I don't wanna trade my Supra, I'm just gonna pick up cheeeeeeeep other cars to either keep as a project or flip. 73 Fairlady Z or E30... Hmm..

    Trim Pieces

Are you talking about the ones on the body that go around the doors and such? They're held in by anchors IIRC, if you have a pre 89 I know they're a bitch to get off without bending.

THis may be a stupid question...

Not a stupid question, stupid motor  What do they put that in? That thing has to be slow as balls.

less boost on the lex afm??

No, it sneaks in more unfiltered air. I have no idea how it helps anything, but it does on his car :dunno:

less boost on the lex afm??

I think it's 50, I'm 100% sure. Car isn't running or I'd check it for you. No, he literally means where you attach the filter on the front of the AFM, he doesn't tighten his filter down all the way.
  17. Quin

less boost on the lex afm??

It's right where the filter attaches to the AFM, BEFORE it measures the air coming in. I have a dyno chart showing my AFRs at 17PSI on 440s, they were leaning out there (starting to hit 13). They are fine at 15PSI (in the low to mid twelves), but I also have an AFPR and I'm running a bit over...
