Well if that turbo is the super t 70 on ebay no matter what you do it won't work well because its a Chinbay Turbo. If you are on a budget you could run a masterpower T61 its a T3/T4 that will fit that manifold the turbo normally retails for around 599. Also I think that this question would be...

DSM's have this problem all the time. I would check in side the bell housing since that is where the leak came from the lines might be toast. Or bad parts it happens more than you think...
If you are running a oil charged intake filter it can affect you maf, electronics cleaner will take of it. This used to happen every year on my tacoma.
I would check for cracks around the edge of the filler neck. That cap looks good it might not be the problem. Changing the cap is a cheap shot at fixing though.

I had this same problem with a mini van years ago I had a rod knock and I changed the affected bearing then fired it up and it started knocking after 100 miles I then replaced it again with a +1 size up bearing and it still runs cherry to this day but since you only ran it a little while...
