Rich, I actually decided on the New FAST XFI, I'm familiar with the FAST system, and it can handle 16 injectors. The only difference is i will be using a front drive distributor setup instead of individual coils. The FAST xfi has a ton of features, is decently priced, will be quite a bit more...

you need a m12x1.25 x whatever the length of the threads are.....probably 20 or 25 or so....

All the hardware (cams, springs, retainers, shims, and buckets) were all sourced from www.tedcomponents.com No vid of the engine running yet. I have finally figured out what im doing for fuel management, so no that that will be ordered shortly, this thing might make noise in a couple months...

They dont stock it so you dont get it in the normal 2-3 days, but it only took about a week i think. ATI is pure quality. I have a bunch of their products on my bucket....

Actually the damper was $399 thru Summit, and even came with the extra A/C pulley i have no use for. I do have a drive that bolts onto the front of the damper to drive the belt driven fuel pump, so it costs a bit extra, but it isnt a part of the damper itself.....

youd think so huh?? :) I actually have a heater, but up until last week the only entrace intot the garage was the big ass door, so using it would have been pointless as all of it would escape once opened....i got the side door fixed though, so i'll probably have the garage warmed up a bit this...

Thanks Lance! My exhaust manifold material shoudl be in soon, and im in the parket now for a tig, so maybe ill be starting a little business venture on FFIMs and exhaust manis for anythign from supras to ls1s, 5.0s etc...we'll see :) Still waiting for it to be more than 30* outside so i can...

Depends.... my boat of a chevelle (with much weight reduction) weighs in at 3050 with driver... Most of the mid-late 60s mid-size musclecars were around 3500-3800 with small blocks, and closer to 4000-4200 with a wwell optioned big block. Not really that much heavier than our land yachts...lol.

Hes saying that the frame mounts are stock, youd have to fab up motor mounts that bolt to the motor obviously....

It looks like one of those turbos you need to buy a v-band flange for and have it welded on..... Its a no-flange right now.....:)

It wont. You need a 1/8 bspt to 1/8 npt adapter. Auto meter PN 2269.
