Check to see if your housing has seperated at all. (Lamp from the lens.) Might be the source of your leak. Caulking is your friend I'd say in this case... Just don't use urethane unless you never want to remove them again.... (Without destroying the lamps.)

Ok, so get the thinnest ones you can, grind the cams for the difference of the shims and the longer 2jz valve stems, and go from there. (And hope that you don't need to add anything to get proper lash adjustment, or your screwed at that point.)
