    Coilovers..

Ben, I don't know too much about the Cuscos. Boris, I've driven on HA's on an MKIV on the road course. They weren't bad, but there was a lot of room for improvement. But for mainly street use and some light track duty, they should be fine. Vic, meet Ben. As long as they aren't...

    Kaaz lsd in wow wow

You can disagree all you want. But I've had diffs that didn't work and then I shimmed a different diff and it lasted for 1.5 events. And then I went to a welded and it was a lot better. The stock LSD is great for street driving, it doesn't make any noise, it's quiet, you can't even tell...

    Steering Feel & Other Delights

Well this is a very good topic. It's going to be a long response, so I will add more to it a little later. But before that, does anyone know what Toyota changed before the car was released? One of the things that could be numbing steering feel is power steering. The tires and wheels...

    Question about TEMS

I think there is a diagnostic procedure in the TSRM, I would check there first. Tim

    BIlstien struts

Let me know if you need help with the springs and sleeves, I can get the parts and put something together for you. Corner balancing isn't necessary, but it will help. But if someone close can do it, I definitely recommend it. They should be able to take care of it. You just want to make...

    Coilovers..

I wouldn't recommend Ksport if you want the car to handle well. The valving on them just isn't the best. As far as what to recommend, it depends on what your budget is and what you want do to with the car. So a little more info would help. Tim

    springs for konis

Like Kevin said it's hard to say what springs without a lot more information. But hypercoils would be the way to go. I also haven't tested the ST bars yet, I'm still waiting on them. And it depends on what rates the Koni's car handle. I am going to try and get shock data on those dampers, so...

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

Well since I messed up bushings on at least one of the arms taking them off the car. I need to have at least the prototypes done within the next month. So I will get them on the car, test them out a little, make sure that all my design assumptions were verified and then they'll be ready for...

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

Chris, I am pretty familiar with A1's stuff. I just haven't been over there in a while, probably over a year now. I think they can still put together some of the stuff, but I don't know if they're still making any of the pieces. But either way, once I get these made, you guys won't have to go...

    Kaaz lsd in wow wow

The kaaz diff will lock both wheel together under acceleration and braking and it will not suck like the stock LSD. It's a million times better than the stock one in any form.

    Lowest DD supra?

This is right. Wheel size doesn't matter to an extent. I mean unless you're comparing 16's to 24's, but for 15-19, depending on tire selection you can have the same overall tire/wheel height. Like a 285/30/18 and a 225/50/16 have almost the same overall height, with the 18 actually being 0.2"...

Figure 8's with the clutch in at slow speeds for about half an hour. Then change fluid. Then you're ready to rip.

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

I don't know what A1 will be doing. My friend, who originally designed the arms has not worked there for a couple years now. So we are using his experience and my suspension knowledge to put together the best package for the supra. We just used the sawzall to get the rear lower control...

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

Chris, I know. I'm just trying to decide if the arms are going to be something I put some design work into so they're easier to have made or something I will make custom for my brother's car so I can play with it this season. Based on the interest so far, I will be designing them. And...

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

Chris, yeah, that's what we're going through and it sucks. But everything is off the car now except the front lower, which I'm not going to be doing too much with. Poodles, I saw Dr J's arms, they look similar to something that HRP sells. What I was planning on doing with the front arms...

    Wheel Fitment & Question Thread

How do you group an Accord and a 240 in the same sentence when it comes to wheel fitment? 240 guys are fitting wider and more agressive wheels than most supra guys.

    Gauging interest: Suspension parts

The camber arms are adjustable on the car, it's the toe rod that isn't, the arm that the sway bars mounts to. You have to unbolt it on one end and adjust, then put it back together. I'm working on a design that will allow you to keep the arm bolted in place, there will be a sway bar mount that...

Suspension tech vs Tanabe sway bars

Well that still doesn't tell me anything. What spring rates are you running, what tires, how much does your car weigh, etc. That and a lot of other stuff is what I would need to know to tell you anything more. Which bars? The 91-92 bars? ST bars? Tanabe bars? They were all mentioned in...

Suspension tech vs Tanabe sway bars

The 91 bars are going to be stiffer, whether they're better for the performance of the car depends on the car setup and the intended use. Tim
