lol i have about 6-7k miles on my head job have yet to do a re-torque on my Arp head studs i torqued them to 100ft lbs originally.. maybe i should get on that.
this makes it sound to me that the ecu is not seeing the afm signal. if i unplug my afm same thing will happen to me when i drive. so maybe there is a problem with you MAF setup.

He's running a maft pro but sounds like its not setup wrong.. sounds like your car is still wanting that AFM.
