Yep...happens all the time. Gotta drill, tap, and helicoil. Its the only right way to do it...not cheap either....

^^^pretty much summed it up right there.... the easiest way to think of it is like the eqivalent of a elec. boost controller for the fuel pump... part throttle-spins it slower, and when the need arises, itll spin it at full voltage. IIRC the aeromotive unit needs an rpm signal to work...

auto and stock the new supra (in my sig) is also auto, with a ford 9" rear, custom 4 link and coilovers that i fabbed up....this one will have 2x the hp, 2x the traction, and 600 less pounds of weight than my old burgandy heap :)

Can someone enlighen me as to what a "po-nig" is? I hope it doesnt mean what it looks like it might mean.....

Bulkhead fitting in tank (like X-man posted) -> filter -> A1000 -> another filter -> y block -> either end of the rail. If you plan on taking trips that long, the pump controller would be a good idea IMO.

The audio is kinda hard to decipher... we say 536 @ 6150rpm, and 25psi of boost....

I gave them a generous head start too....;)

Maybe its just me, but i think the 1j makes for a great drag motor. Combined with a large single turbo, it makes most of its power up top where its effective in dragging. With a big turbo, good management,4.30 rear, some headwork, and a nice valvetrain, i think a 1j car will fly at the track...

I suppose i could try emailing it to someone though to see if they could upload it....dunno if that would be quicker or not....

Its just basic 3/16" polycarbonate....I dodnt want to take the chance of messing up the expensive scratch-resistant stuff, so i started out with this.... I will eventually make new ones in some scratch-resistant stuff now that i have a better template. As far as the optics, i havent had any...

my best guess is that its a solid 12-15lbs lighter. Just my guess though...i havent held the stock glass in a while....

Rear Lexan installed... Starting fab for the big plenum ffim, but no real progress will be made until i get my TIG in a couple weeks or so....

Check the wastegate...either the hose going to it is cracked/kinked/etc... or the actuator itself is getting stuck...
