    Looks like the previous owner tried to remove it by pulling and ended up pulling out part of the panel... just replace the panel with a new (to you) one, and get a newer 91+ Supra T emblem...

    minus the starter and 2 spark plugs, the MKIII is pretty easy to work on, considering I'm skinny enough to lay on my back and still be able to fit under the front.........with the lip on..:D

    I have blue LED's in my cluster.. just order 4 "5 LED" 194's from Superbrightleds.com, and one "74" sized bulb for the oil pressure light and you should be good to go...

    MKIV wheels are hideous, except the 1998 versions... You might need a 90+ slip ring and stalks to fit properly on Toyota steering wheels with the cruise control on a stalk...
